Which Bankruptcy you file depends on the interplay of the last six-months of your income, your assets and your disposable income as well as what type of debt you have and if you have filed a bankruptcy before. The purpose of the consultation is to figure this out.
Step1: Call or email for a consultation.
Step 2: An appointment will be scheduled.
Step 3: You will then be sent an email with a PDF consultation form which you can fill out on-line. The email will also have the zoom link for your appointment.

Step 6: Before the appointment you should draw up your monthly budget with and without your unsecured debt
